In-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. We offer four UPS shipping options to the continental United States: UPS Ground, UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS 3 Day Select. We do not ship internationally at this time.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You will be notified promptly of any delays in shipping, product availability or back orders.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise that we are unable to replace.
Pomme must approve all returns. Please contact us via email at info at pommenyc.com and we will send you a return authorization number. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition (unused, unwashed) with original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt.

Upon receiving your package, Pomme will issue a store credit or send a replacement, depending on your preference. Please note that initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and that shipping charges will apply to all exchanges.
Damage / defect claims must be made within 5 business days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt and contact us for a return authorization on damaged items.
All special orders and sale items are non-returnable.
gift wrapping
Our signature gift-wrapping is available free of charge on all items except furniture and oversize objects. If you would like your purchase to be gift-wrapped, simply select this option at checkout. We can also hand-write a message for you.
sales tax
Pomme is legally bound to collect sales tax to all orders shipped within New York State.

We don't and will never share our customer information with anyone.
